About the opportunity:

Due to exciting and continued growth, our Operations Department is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This position will be full-time and office based in our Cork Office.

Reporting to the Director of Operations & Innovation, this is an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate to further their career in one of Ireland's long-established Accounting and Business Advisory Practices. 

You can expect your duties will primarily include:

Maintaining our Practice Management Systems.
Maintaining client information on our Practice wide applications.
Providing reception and front of house cover.
Managing the procurement of office supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
Managing relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers office supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
Coordinating travel, accommodation and other logistical arrangements for employees.
Supporting the firm's document control function, including maintaining document registers and coordinating periodic document reviews with departments.
Supporting marketing team in coordinating client/staff functions and events.
Managing off site storage.
Coordinating with ICT department to monitor and maintain office equipment.
Contribute to the firm's health and safety policies.
Providing adhoc administrative tasks as required.

What we are looking for:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Excellent time management skills
Great verbal and written communication skills
