About the opportunity:
Due to exciting and continued growth, our Operations Department is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This position will be full-time and office based in our Cork Office.
Reporting to the Director of Operations & Innovation, this is an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate to further their career in one of Ireland's long-established Accounting and Business Advisory Practices.
You can expect your duties will primarily include:
- Maintaining our Practice Management Systems.
- Maintaining client information on our Practice wide applications.
- Providing reception and front of house cover.
- Managing the procurement of office supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
- Managing relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers office supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and other logistical arrangements for employees.
- Supporting the firm's document control function, including maintaining document registers and coordinating periodic document reviews with departments.
- Supporting marketing team in coordinating client/staff functions and events.
- Managing off site storage.
- Coordinating with ICT department to monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Contribute to the firm's health and safety policies.
- Providing adhoc administrative tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
