With your impressive knowledge of our hotel, facilities, local area and more, as a Reservations Agent, you will be the friendly voice our guests hear when they want to learn more about staying with us.

Key responsibilities include:

To contribute to the profitability of the hotels by promoting hotel services to all existing and potential guests.
To develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and local area knowledge.
Complete daily reports such as: Traces, arrival checks in advance, no show and cancellations, pro-formas, filing back ups, reservations made yesterday, daily task lists.
To ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing and overall organization.
