Cluster Reservations Executive

Key Responsibilities

To liaise with guests through phone and email ensuring a seamless guest experience when enquiring or making their reservation with us.

Use sales techniques to convert enquiries, leads and business enquiries into reservations including upselling room categories and hotel restaurant outlets.

As a team ensure the department checklist tasks are completed accurately including arrivals checks and OTA cross checks.

Daily communication with the reception team at each hotel ensuring a seamless flow of communication.

To support the Reservations Manager and Supervisor with the day to day running of the office. Identify leads and revenue opportunities and collaborate closely with the commercial team

Experience

Previous hotel experience is essential

Experience of hotel PMS Systems with Opera being an advantage

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ensure every detail of a customer’s reservation has been accurately recorded following procedures

A highly organized person with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Pay: €31,200.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
