You are the operational hub of the shift, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently. You will need to make sure all teams are prepared, step in to assist wherever necessary, and drive guest reviews to the highest level while remaining mindful of the bottom line.What we are looking for:
- Operational Knowledge: A strong understanding and working knowledge of all hotel departments, perfect if you are still deciding on your long-term specialized career path.
- Shift Leadership: Confidence in managing the shift and overseeing all hotel departments simultaneously, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Proactive Planning: An organized approach, always looking a few days ahead to ensure correct staffing levels and total hotel readiness.
- Professional Presentation: A highly polished and professional appearance that represents the hotel well.
- Adaptable Communication: Comfort communicating clearly across all levels, tailoring your message to different audiences.
- Hospitality Mindset: A warm, welcoming, and engaging personality with a passion for making people smile.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage, with familiarity in Alkimii, Procure Wizard, and Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage.
