Mulligans Cafes is a growing chain of top-tier cafes expanding across Waterford and Tipperary, part of the Mulligans Pharmacy family of businesses. We serve incredible culinary experiences, fantastic food, and top-notch coffee in a high-standard environment, and we're proud to offer a career in hospitality that doesn't come at the cost of your personal life.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior Managers & Senior Chefs to join our expanding team at our Carrick-on-Suir location.

Working Hours: Daylight hours only, with alternating weekends off. No split shifts.

Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in hospitality management, whether leading a kitchen or managing front-of-house.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven background in high-standard hospitality management or professional kitchen leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on team morale, standards, and quality - whether on the plate or on the floor
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Genuine commitment to maintaining exacting standards under pressure
Flexible and adaptable approach to a growing business
Works well as part of a senior management team with an active, hands-on role in shaping the business
