Full job description

To provide high-quality HR administration and coordination support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice while delivering an excellent employee experience.

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Selection, Recruitment & Onboarding
Employee Records & HR Systems
Absence Management
Employee Relations Support
Contracts & Documentation
Employee Queries
Reporting & Analytics
Employee Engagement
Policy & Procedure Maintenance
General Administration

REQUIREMENTS

· 3rd Level qualification in HR, Business or related discipline (preferred)

Specific training

· CIPD qualification or working towards (advantageous)

Experience

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR administration role (essential)

· Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment is (desirable)

Knowledge

· Good working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practise

· Experience with HRIS and TMS systems

· Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Job-Specific Competencies

· Good understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.

· Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.

· Knowledge of payroll administration and Time & Attendance systems.

· Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

· Strong administrative and document management skills.

· Ability to prepare accurate HR reports and analyse HR data.

· Understanding of GDPR and the importance of maintaining confidential employee information.

· Experience working within a manufacturing or regulated environment would be an advantage.
