REQUIREMENTS
· 3rd Level qualification in HR, Business or related discipline (preferred)
Specific training
· CIPD qualification or working towards (advantageous)
Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR administration role (essential)
· Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment is (desirable)
Knowledge
· Good working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practise
· Experience with HRIS and TMS systems

· Understanding of GDPR and the importance of maintaining confidential employee information.
· Experience working within a manufacturing or regulated environment would be an advantage.
