Full-time Specialty Coffee Barista position in Dublin.

Seeking experienced baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee to craft exceptional customer experiences in our Dublin coffee shops. Entry level €14.40-€16.00/hour depending on experience.

The Role

Full-time, permanent position, Specialty Barista roles serving espresso-based and filter coffees, food and retail to consistently high quality and speed.
Create warm, genuine customer experiences rooted in respect, empathy and recognition, making every guest feel welcome and looked after.
Maintain clean, organised and efficient stations. Supporting a clean and smooth,-running shop and working closely with your teammates and manager.

Required

Previous barista experience
Legal right to work in Ireland
Conversational English
Full-time availability including weekends
A love for chatting to people and working as a team member

Preferred:

Specialty coffee experience
Latte art skills
Knowledge of espresso equipment
