Two Fifty Square is a speciality coffee shop serving up to five different bean options at a time. We take real pride in our service and drink standards. We are always looking for innovative ways to evolve in the space we are in. We have recently opened our new location in Sandyford and are looking to expand our production team.
Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday, and be available for rostering in the morning.

This role will potentially require you to work public holidays (Double Pay)
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a production kitchen (1 year).

Responsibilities include:
- Listening to our Head of Production and completing all daily tasks that are given to you for the day.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the prep room. Sticking to all HACCP guidelines and completing any trainings that are provided.
- Ensuring Service Standards set by the manager are being delivered consistently.
- The cleaning of crockery, kitchenware, and the prep room properly.
- Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues
- Ensuring to meet the daily quota of production numbers set out to you by the manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (1 year)
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Must be legally entilted to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Qualified Driving Licence
- Preferred Languages: English, Italian, Portuguese
