Full job description

The role involves dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and through email, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties.

This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You must be a proactive and motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.

Fluent English is a requirement. Must be computer literate.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 1 Years of customer service experience
Minimum Qualification : Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/

Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)

Desirable:

Ability Skills : Administration , Computer Literacy , Customer Service , Interpersonal Skills
Competency Skills: Initiative, Teamwork, Time Management, Working on own Initiative.
Specialising In : Administration

Working hours :

Agents will work 37.5 hours over 5 days.Our helpdesk operates from 8:30am to 6:00pm; with shift from 8:30am–5:00pm, 9:00am–5:30pm, or 9:30am–6:00pm.

Saturday work is required on a rota basis, with shifts running from 9:00am to 5:30pm. For any Saturday worked, you will receive a day off in lieu during the week. Saturday shifts are not required every week and are shared across the Team.

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
