About DECI
DECI is a growing engineering consultancy specialising in the delivery of complex projects across the data centre, mission-critical and life sciences sectors. With projects and teams operating across Europe, USA and globally, we are continuing to expand both our business and our presence within the industries we serve.
As part of this growth, we are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team and take ownership of a broad range of marketing, brand development, communications, events and community initiatives.
The position will initially be based in our Naas office, with plans for the company to relocate to a new office closer to the Monasterevin area in the new year.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing position with the opportunity to have a real influence on the development of the DECI brand and how the company presents itself both internally and externally.
Working directly with company Directors and senior stakeholders, the Marketing Associate will help develop and strengthen the DECI brand, grow our digital presence, increase our visibility within the industries we serve and support the continued growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape DECI's overall marketing and brand strategy, while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of marketing initiatives.
The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and is equally comfortable developing ideas, creating content, coordinating events and managing the practical side of bringing marketing and brand initiatives to life.

- Manage and develop DECI's LinkedIn presence, including planning, creating and scheduling engaging company content.
- Develop DECI's presence across additional social media platforms and identify new channels that support our brand and business objectives.
- Support the ongoing development of the DECI brand, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity and consistency across all company communications.
- Help develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure DECI is represented consistently across offices, project sites, digital platforms, events and company materials.

- Support the management and ongoing development of the DECI website, ensuring content remains current, professional and aligned with the company's brand.
- Coordinate the creation of written, photographic, video and graphic content for digital marketing channels.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver company events, industry events, conferences, exhibitions and networking activities.
- Manage DECI's participation in relevant industry conferences and events, including stands, promotional materials, logistics, branding and company representation.
- Develop and coordinate community outreach programmes and identify opportunities for DECI to build relationships with local communities, schools, colleges, charities and other organisations.
- Develop initiatives that strengthen DECI's employer brand and showcase our people, projects, career opportunities and company culture.
- Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional materials, including identifying suitable products, sourcing suppliers and managing stock and distribution.
- Support the branding and presentation of DECI offices and project locations, ensuring a consistent and professional company image.
- Assist with the development of company presentations, brochures, project materials, advertisements, signage and other marketing collateral.
- Build and manage relationships with external suppliers, designers, printers, photographers, videographers, event organisers and other marketing partners.
- Monitor engagement and performance across digital channels and provide recommendations on how DECI can continue to grow its audience, reach and brand awareness.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for DECI to differentiate and strengthen its market positioning.
- Identify new marketing, sponsorship, event, partnership and brand-building opportunities that align with DECI's growth strategy.
- Occasional travel within Europe and internationally will be required to attend industry events, conferences, company activities and project locations, as well as to gather marketing content including photography, video, employee features and project updates.
- Coordinate marketing activities while travelling, working with project teams and senior stakeholders to identify and capture suitable content for DECI's digital channels and wider brand development.
