Job Description – Junior Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in administration within the motor industry. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the dealership, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales, service and management teams.
Prepare and process customer documentation accurately.
Answer phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain customer records and update the dealership CRM system.
Assist with vehicle files, invoicing and general office administration.
Manage filing, scanning and document organisation.
Support stock control and vehicle registration paperwork.
Carry out general reception and office duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous administration, customer service or office experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Full driving licence is an advantage.
