Bartender/Server Wanted for Bustling Rural Pub

Biddy's O'Barnes is looking for a full-time Multi-talented experienced Bartender/Server staff for a busy, well-established pub/restaurant (10 minutes from Donegal Town & 15 minutes from Ballybofey), experience preferred but also willing to training the right person.

Full-time hours available Monday - Sunday.
We are looking for a permanent employee so available all year-round is a must.

About Us:
Biddy's O'Barnes is a popular local pub with a dynamic food offering.

Role Responsibilities:

This role will be split between table service (food & drink) and bartending.

Shake, stir, and pour a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines with finesse
Engage customers with friendly banter and attentive service
Maintain a well-stocked bar and inventory of spirits, mixers, and garnishes
Ensure cleanliness and organisation behind the bar area
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and drink orders
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements:

Prior bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer styles
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to serve alcohol
