Bartender/Server Wanted for Bustling Rural Pub
Biddy's O'Barnes is looking for a full-time Multi-talented experienced Bartender/Server staff for a busy, well-established pub/restaurant (10 minutes from Donegal Town & 15 minutes from Ballybofey), experience preferred but also willing to training the right person.
- Full-time hours available Monday - Sunday.
- We are looking for a permanent employee so available all year-round is a must.

Role Responsibilities:
This role will be split between table service (food & drink) and bartending.
- Shake, stir, and pour a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines with finesse
- Engage customers with friendly banter and attentive service
- Maintain a well-stocked bar and inventory of spirits, mixers, and garnishes
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation behind the bar area
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and drink orders
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements:
- Prior bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer styles
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to serve alcohol
