Full job description

We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest culinary standards.

To support a healthy work-life balance and the wellbeing of our team, we operate a rotation of weekends off, ensuring all chefs have the opportunity to enjoy regular time away from work.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard, following recipes and guidance from the Head Chef.
Station Management: Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth service and consistently high-quality food.
Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an organised, efficient, and supportive working environment.
Hygiene & Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations while maintaining a clean and well-organised workstation.
Stock Control: Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies for your section as required.
Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and development, helping to introduce new dishes and improve existing offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
Must have at least three years experience in a previous role
Strong knowledge of a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
Ability to confidently work across multiple kitchen sections.
Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Creative approach to cooking and menu development.
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
