We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard, following recipes and guidance from the Head Chef.
- Station Management: Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth service and consistently high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an organised, efficient, and supportive working environment.
- Hygiene & Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations while maintaining a clean and well-organised workstation.
- Stock Control: Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies for your section as required.
- Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and development, helping to introduce new dishes and improve existing offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
- Must have at least three years experience in a previous role
- Strong knowledge of a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple kitchen sections.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Creative approach to cooking and menu development.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
