Position: Carpenter/Skilled Operative
Location: Collon, Co. Louth

Position Overview: Due to our expanding business, we are currently seeking a Carpenters/ Skilled Operatives to join our dynamic team in the modular construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and experience in the assembly and installation of modular buildings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction and Assembly: Assemble and install modular building components according to drawings and specifications, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
Carpentry Skills: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and installation of doors, windows, and cabinetry.
Work closely with other trades to coordinate work and achieve project timelines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a carpenter or skilled operative in construction, preferably within the modular construction industry.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools relevant to carpentry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling
