Position Summary
To support transaction processing for Customer Service, focused primarily on customer order entry

Principal Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt
- Order entry
- Returns: ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner
- Credit and debit memo processing
- Delivery processing
- Invoice processing
- Price review
- General data entry activities relating to the order
Education / Experience Requirements
- Language skills - fluent English required with Spanish, Polish or Italian language desirable.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced customer service department, preferable but not essential
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced department
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular hours if required
- Good computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP an advantage but not necessary as full training is provided.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment
