Job Description – Apprentice Mechanic

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Mechanic to join our workshop team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the motor industry. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will receive hands-on training while learning how to inspect, service and repair a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Assist qualified technicians with vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Carry out routine inspections and basic mechanical tasks under supervision.
Learn to diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures.
Complete training and apprenticeship requirements.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards.
Support the workshop team with general duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

A genuine interest in vehicle mechanics and the automotive industry.
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Good problem-solving and practical skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Full driving licence or learner permit is an advantage.
