Job Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and brand initiatives.
Develop high-quality visuals while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to create engaging campaign concepts and creative solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and creative team members.
Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Krea AI, Flow, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms to enhance ideation, content creation, design workflows, and creative production.
Utilize tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Envato resources to create compelling visual and multimedia content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Stay up to date with design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Shift: Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, creative design, digital marketing design, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and CapCut.
Experience using AI-powered creative and content-generation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Krea AI, Flow, and ElevenLabs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, digital marketing, website, and creative campaign projects.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
Strong understanding of AI-assisted design, content creation, and creative automation workflows.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and performance-driven creative design.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, content production, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Envato assets, templates, and creative resource libraries.
