Hedgehogs Vs Foxes is a Dublin-based creative studio producing high-quality video content for brands, agencies, organisations, and events across Ireland and Europe.
We create everything from commercial campaigns and brand films to corporate content, documentaries, social media campaigns, and large-scale event coverage.
We're looking for a talented and experienced Videographer / DOP / Editor to join our growing team. This is a mid-to-senior level role suited to someone who can confidently take ownership of projects from pre-production through to final delivery.
The Role
As part of our production team, you'll play a key role in planning, filming, and editing content across a wide variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shoots as Director of Photography, capturing high-quality, creative visuals across commercial, corporate, event, and social content projects
- Collaborate with producers, directors, clients, and creative teams to bring concepts and briefs to life
- Operate professional Sony camera systems and associated production equipment
- Design and execute lighting setups for interviews, branded content, and commercial productions
- Record professional-quality audio on location
- Edit content to a high professional standard using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Colour grade projects using DaVinci Resolve
- Manage projects through the full production lifecycle, from planning and filming to post-production and delivery
- Travel throughout Ireland and occasionally internationally for productions
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience as a Videographer, DOP, Editor, or similar role
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating commercial, branded, corporate, event, and social media work
- Expert knowledge of Sony camera systems
- Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Professional experience with lighting and audio recording on location
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong colour grading skills using DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating content for social-first platforms
- Motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects
- Drone licence and drone operating experience
- Experience managing freelance crew and production logistics
- Photography experience

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
