Full job description

The award winning Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa in Tralee is now recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to join our outstanding Kitchen team.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, designing menus, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient, exceptional service that meets 4-star standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present breakfast offerings, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with HACCP and legal regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients
Work with the kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency
Collaborate with front-of-house and dining teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to menu development
Attend relevant meetings and participate in ongoing training
