Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date client files with a focus on compliance and thoroughness.
Conduct client calls to complete medical questions for protection applications.
Handle client enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and technically informed responses.
Collaborate closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks.
Stay continuously updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures while applying this knowledge to improve paraplanning and administrative functions.
