Requirements:
- Financial services office administrator.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using excel, word, financial software and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Resposibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to financial planners, enhance service delivery and accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and process client documentation, application forms and compliance paperwork, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and reflect detailed financial planning requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date client files with a focus on compliance and thoroughness.
- Conduct client calls to complete medical questions for protection applications.
- Handle client enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and technically informed responses.
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks.
- Stay continuously updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures while applying this knowledge to improve paraplanning and administrative functions.
