Full job description

Production Operative – Team Leader DevelopmentAbout The Cultured Food Company

The Cultured Food Company has been a pioneer in the manufacturing and processing of fermented vegetable foods for over 12 years. We are dedicated to producing high-quality, nutritious, and delicious fermented products that promote a healthy lifestyle.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Production Operative who enjoys learning, developing new skills, and contributing across different areas of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ambition to build a long-term career within a growing Irish food manufacturing business.

Please note: This position cannot consider overseas applications. No visa sponsorship or accommodation is available. Candidate must be fully fluent in English.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare vegetables for fermentation, including chopping and processing to specification.
Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.
Assist across all areas of production while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
Learn and operate production equipment safely and effectively.
Train to operate a forklift and assist with warehouse and stock movement activities.
Support team organisation and workflow as experience develops.
Contribute to continuous improvement and help maintain a positive team culture.
Be available for mid-week and occasional weekend shifts as required.

Previous production, warehouse, food manufacturing, or forklift experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
