As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Production Operative who enjoys learning, developing new skills, and contributing across different areas of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare vegetables for fermentation, including chopping and processing to specification.
- Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Assist across all areas of production while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
- Learn and operate production equipment safely and effectively.
- Train to operate a forklift and assist with warehouse and stock movement activities.
- Support team organisation and workflow as experience develops.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help maintain a positive team culture.
- Be available for mid-week and occasional weekend shifts as required.
