Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: FJS Plant, Naas Office
Hours: Part-time
Role Type: Office-based

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile supplier statements at month end.
Complete purchase ledger month-end close.
Assist the Accounts Manager to ensure all invoices and payments are processed for month end.
Carry out general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
Undertake any other reasonable finance, accounts, or administrative duties as required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Pay: €27,000.93-€43,932.66 per year
