Kildaragh Cars Ltd – Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Kildaragh Cars Ltd is looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join our busy dealership in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

This is a customer-facing role and the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers while providing general administrative support to the wider dealership team.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, directing calls and taking accurate messages
Responding to emails and general customer enquiries
Assisting customers at reception and directing them to the appropriate member of the team
Providing general administrative and reception support to the dealership
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Booking and coordinating appointments where required
Assisting the sales and service departments with day-to-day administration
Maintaining an organised and professional reception and office area
Updating customer information and records on the dealership management system
Scanning, filing and organising documents and paperwork
Assisting with vehicle and customer documentation where required
Taking accurate messages and ensuring enquiries are followed up appropriately
Handling customer information professionally and confidentially
Providing general support to the dealership team as required

Experience Required

Previous experience in a reception, customer service, administration or similar customer-facing role would be an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, approachable and professional manner
Confident and comfortable answering telephones and dealing with customers
Good computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Comfortable working in a busy environment and remaining calm under pressure

Previous experience within a motor dealership would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided on our dealership management system and internal processes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing a friendly and professional first impression of the dealership.

Additional Information

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Kildaragh Cars Ltd, Newbridge Industrial Estate, Co. Kildare
Position: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediate start available for the right candidate

Work from home: The option to work from home one or two days per week may be available once fully trained, depending on experience and how the arrangement works in practice.
