Full job description

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain a level of personal/work hygiene in the cleanrooms 10K and general production floor by wearing appropriate clean protective garments as per Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) procedures.
Packaging of product, carrying out visual inspections on specialised products.
Working within a team environment to achieve Production & Quality Targets.
Maintenance of high-quality standards.
Adherence to good housekeeping, Health & Safety and Cleanroom procedures.
Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialised products.

Key requirements for the Role include:

Willingness and aptitude to multi-skill
Excellent Attendance and Time-Keeping
Previous General Operative in manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Good level of written and spoken English language skills
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
Please note that this is a 2-year fixed-term contract. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to commit to the full duration of the term.

Qualifications & Experience:

Leaving Certification or equivalent
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
Strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding/awareness of Customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
Ability to impart knowledge in a clear concise manner.
Demonstrate working as part of a team with common goals.
Decision-making and Reporting skills
Good Attendance record
Full-time Position on a 2 year fixed term contract.
Cleanroom/ General Manufacturing Area
