Full job description

Principal Accountabilities

Design and Deploy & Manage Networking and Security solutions for customers (SASE, SSE, WAN, Firewalls)

Provide ad-hoc consultancy services and expertise to customers

Provide 2nd/3rd line support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and Security solutions

Monitor customer network environments and troubleshoot/resolve customer issues

Perform capacity analysis for customers and make recommendations for improvement Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers

Support on-site teams to deploy and configure SD-WAN, LAN and WiFi solutions

Develop and maintain support documentation in accordance with company standards

Identify issues and improvements to optimize customer experience, define new ways to improve how we work and what we do

Own SLA/KPI performance and incident escalation for assigned customer accounts, and mentor junior NOC/SOC engineers

Support and develop the Edge7 Networks technical team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s, ACL’s, Routing
Designing and architecting secure networks – WAN, LAN, WiFi
Proven experience of design, deployment & Management of Firewalls, SASE, SSE solutions
Aruba HPE, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet experience an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of best practice security principles
Networking / Security certifications
Fluent in business English language - written and verbal

Pay: €58,454.12-€78,317.00 per year

Experience:

Enterprise Networking: 4 years (required)

Work authorisation:

Ireland (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
