Full job description

Join Our Kitchen Team at House Dublin

The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie / Commis Chef (depending on experience) to support our busy kitchen team. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen.
Taking direction from senior chefs and maintaining excellent food quality and hygiene standards.
Following the lead of our talented Head Chef to deliver efficiency and excellence.
Adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.
Supporting your fellow kitchen team in maintaining the highest hygiene standards during food preparation and storage.

What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant experience in a similar kitchen role.
A genuine passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
A professional, positive, and mature attitude with both colleagues and customers.
A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining standards.
Good working knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety regulations.
