This position reports to:

Service Operations Manager

Job Summary

In this role, you will work with the Operations Manager to provide general administrative services at the business level and provide back-up support within the Operations team within Electrification Service (ELSE) division.

This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: #Hybrid from our Dublin office

Performs general administrative activities and provides backup support to the team in case of sickness/absence/workload.
Acts as local support for all administration activities within ELSE Ireland.
Schedules and coordinates training for the Field Service Engineers to enable them to proceed to a customer visit safely.
Schedules Inductions and access to ABB Customer sites
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Role

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business administration support role or similar with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and proficiency with office management systems.
Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, with capability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
Ability to identify issues, take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
