Senior CRM Manager

Location: Remote | Job Type: Full-time

The Role

Were looking for a Senior CRM Manager who can independently own and drive complex, multi-phase retention projects from brief to results, not someone who needs the framework handed to them.

This is a senior individual contributor role. Youll be expected to diagnose problems, design solutions, build the business case, get cross-functional alignment, and deliver. The projects youll own are commercially significant and require someone who can operate with a high degree of independence.

Our retail and online platforms are deeply integrated. Customers play in-club and online, and we have the data and systems to treat them as one. This role sits at the centre of that,youll be building campaigns and journeys that work across channels.

What Youll Do

Own the full player retention lifecycle: from identifying the problem to designing the solution, getting alignment, and measuring what actually changed

Audit, redesign and optimise CRM journeys across early life, reactivation and retention across email, SMS, push and on-site

Build and launch behaviour-triggered automations, defining trigger logic, segmentation, incentive tiers, suppression rules and control groups

Own customer segmentation, setting the framework and ensuring its applied consistently across retail and online

Develop analytical frameworks that directly inform CRM strategy: bonus efficiency, player value, lifecycle stage, churn risk

Define how success is measuredusing control groups, incrementality and clear KPIs, not just top-line numbers

Drive the omni-channel experience, leveraging integrated retail and online data to create joined-up journeys

Prioritise CRM initiatives, deciding what to build, what to automate, and what not to do

Present findings and proposals to senior stakeholders clearly and confidently

What This Requires

Youve personally owned retention projects end-to-end

You can move between strategic thinking and detailed execution without losing either

Youre comfortable working with data directly, not just consuming reports others have built

You understand bonus mechanics, wagering logic, and lifecycle segmentation in iGaming

You can drive cross-functional alignment, with Product, Data, Retail, and senior stakeholders, without needing someone to clear the path

You write clearly and can present findings and proposals to management without hand-holding

You have enough experience to know when a project brief is incomplete and to ask the right questions rather than just executing whats in front of you

If youve been in execution roles and havent yet owned a project from diagnosis to results

If your data experience stops at reading dashboards rather than interrogating them

If you need clear direction and step-by-step guidelines before you can move
