This is a senior individual contributor role. Youll be expected to diagnose problems, design solutions, build the business case, get cross-functional alignment, and deliver. The projects youll own are commercially significant and require someone who can operate with a high degree of independence.
Our retail and online platforms are deeply integrated. Customers play in-club and online, and we have the data and systems to treat them as one. This role sits at the centre of that,youll be building campaigns and journeys that work across channels.
What Youll Do
Audit, redesign and optimise CRM journeys across early life, reactivation and retention across email, SMS, push and on-site
Build and launch behaviour-triggered automations, defining trigger logic, segmentation, incentive tiers, suppression rules and control groups
Develop analytical frameworks that directly inform CRM strategy: bonus efficiency, player value, lifecycle stage, churn risk
What This Requires
You can drive cross-functional alignment, with Product, Data, Retail, and senior stakeholders, without needing someone to clear the path
