Job Description
As a Client Manager, Accountant – Capital Markets, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of capital markets clients, delivering high-quality accounting, financial reporting, and administration services. Acting as a key client contact, you will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring the timely delivery of financial information, regulatory reporting, and corporate services. You will work closely with Client Directors and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, maintain technical excellence, and support the continued growth of the business.
What you will do

You will manage a portfolio of capital markets clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting, financial reporting, and administration services.

You will prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in line with client and regulatory requirements.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, auditors, advisors, and internal stakeholders, providing proactive support and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will support audit processes, bank account administration, payroll reviews, and Central Bank reporting requirements while maintaining robust governance and control standards.

You will contribute to process improvements, technical knowledge sharing, and the continuous enhancement of client service delivery across the Corporate Services team.

Qualifications

You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience managing multiple client deliverables within a client services, accounting, or financial reporting environment.

You have strong experience preparing financial statements under Irish GAAP and IFRS, together with bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT preparation, and financial reporting activities.

You have experience working with capital markets structures, SPVs, securitisation entities, or similar corporate structures, with knowledge of relevant regulatory and reporting requirements being highly advantageous.

You possess strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial statement disclosures, and corporate reporting requirements, with exposure to Companies Act obligations and regulatory filings.

You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong client relationships.

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience using accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar financial reporting platforms.
