Description
Our Central audit team is growing, and we are seeking an ambitious Audit Manager to join our dynamic and supportive environment. You will be will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves supervising junior staff, reviewing work, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and efficiency in Xeinadin.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience within an Irish accountancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a main point of contact for a portfolio of SME, sole trader, and company clients.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Provide advisory support on accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and compliance matters.
Assist clients with queries related to Revenue requirements, Companies Registration Office (CRO) filings, and Irish GAAP/FRS 102/FRS 105.
Review statutory financial statements prepared under Irish GAAP (FRS 102/FRS 105).
Prepare and/or review corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and PAYE submissions.
Ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation, filing deadlines, and regulatory standards.
Assist with audit assignments where applicable, including planning, fieldwork, and finalisation.
Key Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA)
Minimum of 3–5 years’ audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong understanding of Irish tax, accounting standards, and compliance obligations
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
