Position: Content Creator and Social Media Brand Executive (Full Time Hybrid Role)

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our growing agency team. This role requires the ability to manage social media accounts from start to finish.

We want someone who is confident in full management of all social channels, from crafting comprehensive content strategies to ideation, capturing content and editing, scheduling and reporting.

The role demands exceptional content creation, excellent writing, creative thinking, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our clients social accounts start to finish: strategy, content, scheduling, and reporting across all platforms

Create and capture content across video and static, from brainstorming through to capturing (on location) and editing

Deliver engaging, creative content with strong copywriting and writing skills.

Develop and implement creative and innovative social media strategies for both internal and client purposes that deliver exceptional results

Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns that include the latest trends

Proficient use of Canva and CapCut (or similar)

Collaborate with immediate colleagues on the delivery and management of multi-channel or experience focused campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns

Client facing role that requires good communication skills

Influencer identification, outreach and management

Media and industry monitoring; track competitor activity to spot opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with your team members, clients and media sources

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2+ years social media management & content creation experience
Experience working in an agency environment
Full understanding of all social media; up to date on trends and best practice.
Ability to work independently with and without the use of AI generated content or automated tools in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
Proven Social Media capabilities e.g. successful campaigns, award winning content
Exceptional Copywriting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative to work independently and ability to work in a fast-moving growing team
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised
A collaborative team player with leadership potential

Proficient use of Canva and CapCut (or similar)

A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
