We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

What we offer

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000
Permanent, This is a full-time, permanent 40-hour contract. Hospitality operates 7 days a week, so flexibility is key. You will work across Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster that includes:
Early Mornings: Preparing the kitchen for breakfast service.
Afternoons: Supporting lunch service and kitchen turnover.
Late Evenings: Managing dinner service, deep cleaning, and closing down the kitchen safely.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
