We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!
The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.
What we offer

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000

CONTRACT TYPE & HOURS Permanent, This is a full-time, permanent 40-hour contract. Hospitality operates 7 days a week, so flexibility is key. You will work across Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster that includes:
Early Mornings: Preparing the kitchen for breakfast service.
Afternoons: Supporting lunch service and kitchen turnover.
Late Evenings: Managing dinner service, deep cleaning, and closing down the kitchen safely.

Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair

Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
