You will work within the Dublin Branch Product Development team and will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our Unit Linked business across international markets. You will design, implement and manage insurance investment products for non‑Italian markets, working closely with distribution partners and internal stakeholders including legal, compliance and investment teams. This is a key role in supporting the company's international growth strategy.
- Support the development of Unit Linked products for international markets (e.g., Spain, Croatia, Slovakia)
- Oversight and contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure alignment with POG (Product Oversight & Governance) frameworks and local regulatory requirements
- Manage interactions with external partners and distributors (banks, networks, intermediaries)
- Contribute to product structuring, including investment solutions, pricing and value proposition
- Support passporting activities (FoS) and regulatory interactions
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including KID, policy conditions, and internal governance materials
- Monitor product performance and propose enhancements and rebalancing strategies

- 8-10 years of experience in Insurance product development, preferably Unit Linked or investment products
- experience in international or cross-border environments
- experience working with distribution networks or bancassurance models - University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Law Fields
- proven exposure to POG frameworks and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, IDD, PRIIPs
- solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Europe
- good knowledge of investment solutions structuring
- fluent English
