You will work within the Dublin Branch Product Development team, supporting the development and governance of Unit Linked products for the Italian market. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and contribute to product design, documentation and governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Italian regulatory requirements. This role offers a valuable opportunity to grow within an international insurance environment.
- Support the development and maintenance of Unit Linked products for the Italian market
- Assist in managing the POG (Product Oversight & Governance) process
- Prepare and review product documentation (KID, product sheets, internal memos)
- Ensure compliance with Italian regulatory requirements (IVASS framework)
- Support testing activities and product validation processes
- Contribute to internal communications related to product governance
- Monitor product performance and support reporting activities

- 2-4 years of experience in Insurance, financial services or product governance
- university Degree in Economics, Finance or Law Fields
- Insurance investment products knowledge
- knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, IDD)
- fluent English and Italian
