Warehouse Operator
Baldonnell
Mon-Fri 08.00-16.30, 37.5 hours per week

€32000 per annum

The focus is safety, quality and output working both alone, and as part of a fast moving team striving to maintain the business performance targets. You will be picking and packing highly sensitive products in a time driven environment.

What will you be doing?

Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times
Participate in safety, operational programmes, and scheduled audits

Maintain housekeeping standards and report hazards or incidents immediately
Comply with all SOPs, quality standards, and company procedures
Carry out warehouse tasks efficiently to meet SLA and customer expectations
Ensure accuracy and integrity of product, inventory, and processes
Support inventory control, including reporting errors and cycle counting awareness
Accurately receive, pick, check, and dispatch orders to customer requirements
Work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain strong communication
Handle goods safely, including high-value items, with care and efficiency
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets

About You

Previous warehouse experience (including picking) desirable
PPT licence advantageous, but not essential
Physically fit with experience in packing and loading

Proven ability to meet targets and achieve pick-rate KPIs
