Full job description

This summer, GFT Gym is looking for two intern coaches to join our team.

Based in Kiltipper, Tallaght, GFT is a small community- and performance-based gym.

On the community side, we operate large group Strength & Conditioning classes for the general

public.

We also offer small group training sessions for more advanced lifters and those who prefer

individual coaching and programming.

On the performance side, we are one of the leading Hyrox training facilities in the area. We have

several members competing at a world-class level in Hyrox, with many more working towards the

same goal.

We also run a Boxing/MMA Strength & Conditioning programme, with athletes ranging up to

Olympic boxing level training with us.

These internship positions are paid and include full gym membership.

You will have the opportunity to learn how a gym like ours operates, from coaching on the gym floor

to programming for athletes.

The more effort you put into the role, the more knowledge and experience you will gain from the

position.

We are looking for ambitious individuals with clear goals that we can help support and develop.

All responsibilities involved in working in a gym will be part of the role, from coaching sessions to

maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the facility.
