AirconMech, a leading Building Services Engineering Contractor, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Executive to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the construction and engineering industry. You will support marketing campaigns, digital content, lead generation, and brand development initiatives while working closely with senior leadership, business development, and tendering teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
- Support the development of campaigns targeting key sectors (data centres, pharma, commercial, residential, hotels)
- Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs
Content & Digital Marketing
- Create and update marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Assist with website updates, blog content, and SEO optimisation
- Support management of social media channels and content scheduling
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
Lead Generation & CRM Support
- Assist in lead generation activities including email campaigns and digital outreach
- Maintain and update CRM systems with marketing and lead data
- Support pipeline tracking with the business development team
Events & Coordination
- Support the organisation of client events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and presentations for events
- Provide on-site support where required
RequirementsEducation
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and marketing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
