Drink Botanicals Ireland is an award-winning Irish company specialising in premium dried fruit garnishes and natural-based syrups. Our products are trusted by retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels, and off-licenses across Ireland, the UK, USA, and UAE. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative to join us at our new facility in Dublin 12.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative to help ensure our products are packed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail is key. You'll work as part of a friendly, supportive team and play an important role in helping us maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

Order Packing: Pack customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to maintain our high-quality standards.
Production Planning: Work closely with the production team to meet order deadlines and manage stock availability.
Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation and keep the packing area clean and organised.
Labelling: Apply accurate product and shipping labels to all outgoing orders.
Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to reduce errors and returns.
Product Handling: Carefully pack fragile items to avoid damage in transit.
Team Collaboration: Work with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Proactive, reliable, and organised.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Physically fit – able to lift and move boxes as needed.
