As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative to join us at our new facility in Dublin 12.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative to help ensure our products are packed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail is key. You'll work as part of a friendly, supportive team and play an important role in helping us maintain our high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Packing: Pack customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
- Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Production Planning: Work closely with the production team to meet order deadlines and manage stock availability.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation and keep the packing area clean and organised.
- Labelling: Apply accurate product and shipping labels to all outgoing orders.
- Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to reduce errors and returns.
- Product Handling: Carefully pack fragile items to avoid damage in transit.
- Team Collaboration: Work with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Proactive, reliable, and organised.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Physically fit – able to lift and move boxes as needed.
