As a Bilingual Client Service Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll support all clients in our small business segment at different points in their life cycle with Indeed. You’ll interact with clients via phone, chat, and email to help them resolve any issues they may have with their account or to educate them on how to enhance their accounts effectively to achieve their hiring goals. You will have the opportunity to work with Indeed’s product suite and partner with internal teams to help deliver an outstanding experience on each and every interaction.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)

Experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred

Demonstrates excellent learning agility and technical proficiency, with curiosity and enthusiasm that enable quick impact

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
