About the Role

You will play a dual role — as a Bridal Stylist, helping brides find their dream gown and ensuring every appointment feels special. You will also support the day-to-day operations of the boutique. You’ll work closely with designer bridalwear, assist with orders and fittings, and help maintain the elegant atmosphere The Attic is known for. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

Bridal Styling

Greet brides and their guests, creating a welcoming and calm environment.
Guide each bride through the gown collections, offering thoughtful style advice and helping her express her vision.
Assist brides in and out of gowns, recommending designs based on what they’re drawn to.
Manage the appointment flow and ensure the bride feels comfortable and confident.
Provide details on pricing, lead times, and customization options.
Process invoices, take payments, and liaise with designers to confirm orders.
Maintain showroom standards through daily tidying, steaming, and presentation of gowns and accessories.

Back of House Operations

Manage email, phone, and social media queries from brides and suppliers.
Monitor and organise the appointment diary to ensure smooth scheduling.
Track gown orders and deliveries, inspect arrivals, and prepare gowns for fittings.
Contact brides when dresses arrive and coordinate balance payments and fittings.
Advise brides on alterations and accessory options.
Support social media content creation and assist with boutique events.
Communicate daily with the owner and team to ensure every detail is managed.

About You

Warm, confident, and professional with a genuine love for bridal and design.
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and online.
Comfortable balancing client care with administrative tasks.
Experience in retail, fashion, or bridal is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
