This is an opportunity to join a different kind of hotel group and to learn what hospitality means to us.

We are an independent group and as a potential Head of Business Development for the Sretaw Hotel Group (SHG) | The Grafton & Chancery Hotels , we’ll expect you to have at least two years as a sales or event sales manager position in a single or multi property in the Irish Hotel / Tourism sector.

Requirement

Proven experience (min 2 years) in a Hotel / Event Sales / Business Development Management role within the Irish hospitality/Tourism industry is essential.
Strong understanding of the Dublin and wider Irish / international market.
To be driven with a results-focused and strategic mindset.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Key Objectives:

This strategic role is central to driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and maximising occupancy and profitability for the Grafton and Chancery Hotels and as required as the hotel group expands.
You will lead a small team and collaborate with Hotel Managers and the Commercial Teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with wider business objectives.
This is a client facing initiative-taking and reactive senior commercial position that is responsible delivering results for the hotel groups rooms and MICE business.
To drive new business in local and international area for corporate, leisure and groups, meeting, and events.
Manage key accounts, develop new business, and build strong relationships with industry partners and clients.
Collaborate with Commercial team to align pricing strategies and ensure optimal market positioning.
Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new and existing business.
Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
